The obvious answer is go buy a home kit, but I assume you knew that already ?

What you need to do (as I did) is find a window that your antenna can see the (usually Southern) sky... next place your antenna there!

I use a 12V power supply that I have on hand, but radio shack or an electronics store will probably have something you can use to power the Sirius... have them fit a (female) cigar lighter adapter for you (some power packs have these as standard).. next tune your FM Stereo to whatever your car radio listens to Sirius on and away you go!

I don't have a permanent installation in my car - taking the unit out when I want to listen at home.
